Whether I am designing the color, texture and focal points of a garden or the navigational structure of a website, I still go back to my roots as a classically trained Fine Artist. Color, composition, rhythm and attention to detail are the bedrock of all my art.

As a fine artist I love to awaken in others the awe of the world around us. I seek to bring into sharp focus natural objects often overlooked or taken for granted in our every day existence. Whether to make someone look anew at the texture on a commonplace piece of fruit, the intimate details inside of a flower or to awaken their eyes again to the joyful colors on a flower petal, I want to slow someone down for a moment in their life to take a close look at nature before they resume again their own activities.

Now more than ever our lives are moving at too fast a pace. We are too often losing focus and missing the details.

I work in my studio in Northport, New York surrounded by my gardens. In these gardens I grow the source material for lifetimes of art. Here is where I pull all my passions together to produce artwork meant to enliven the universe. For a view of my gardens please visit my Garden Blog.

If you would like to read about my musings as an Artist you can read my Art Blog.

Visit my Work and enjoy. If you would like to embrace my vision for yourself, why not purchase a piece for your own home or office in my Online Store. Surround yourself, your friends and family with images which help to give a delightful pause in an otherwise hurried day.
