What is your shipping policy?

The time of shipping is dependent upon what product you are ordering. But in many cases the normal time is that your Art will ship no later than 10 days from the time you placed your order unless otherwise notified. If you are under a time constraint please contact me directly and I’ll try to help you in any way possible. I love happiness!

Please read these Terms & Conditions completely using the websites that are owned and operated of Mary Ahern. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Sites.

SHIPPING POLICY: Prints on any substrate

Shipping costs are as stated on the order form checkout page on the website.
The shipper is responsible for any damage or loss during the delivery of the product.
Inspect the shipping package upon delivery and if there is damage to the outside container, a photo should be obtained and forwarded to Mary Ahern the Artist for presentation to the shipper.
If the shipping packaging has been damaged during shipping the customer has the right to reject the delivery.
All packages will be insured during shipping to the customer.
Customers are required to contact Mary Ahern Artist immediately upon delivery to notify regarding any damage incurred enroute and supply visual confirmation.
If an item is damaged beyone repair by the shipper the full amount of the sale will be refunded to the customer.

WARRANTY:
The warranty for your Art purchase is for 6 months from delivery for mechanical defects. All artwork should be exhibited out of direct sunlight.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Within 10 days of delivery of your purchase from Mary Ahern Artist, the customer may decide that the decision was not optimal for their needs and desires. If this is the case, the customer must contact Mary Ahern Artist within that timeframe to discuss substitutions and exchanges.

No returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued or accepted without an authorized RMA#. Return shipping will be paid for by the Customer.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations of orders must be approved by Mary Ahern Artist before shipping of the item has been completed.

COMPLAINTS:

Mary Ahern Artist is committed to bringing joy to your purchase. If there is a complaint please contact her directly by the Contact Form.

CHANGE:

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the owner, Mary Ahern Artist.

When you purchase Art, or subscribe to email newsletters and alerts, you voluntarily provide us with information about yourself, your business and your practices. This includes your email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information as well as cookies and usage data.

You may interact with our site by posting comments on the blog or using our learning management system. The information you share in those places may be public depending on where you share it. If shared on a social media site that we operate, your data will also be subject to the policies of that site.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided at the bottom of any email we send. If, after opting out, you continue to receive emails from us, please contact us immediately. We never want to send email to someone who doesn’t want it.

Payments

We use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors) for our products and services.

We will not store or collect your payment card details.
