I’ve been editing the video that will be playing on the monitor in my installation. It has flowers from my garden in 15 second clips before they dissolve into the next view. The clips of the flowers are meant to encourage observation. There is almost no movement of the camera and if there is it is very slow. Some have bees, some other insects and some just wind movements and sun patterns. I also added the birds singing in the garden for background ambiance. I hear the birds every time I’m outside so I knew they needed to be featured along with the flowers to give the full effect of what I experience in my garden.

I began this daily journal in February, 2026 as I prepared for solo and group shows in 2026 and 2027.
